High 4 addresses this problem by allowing users to earn credits through dog-sitting for others, which can be redeemed for free dog care or exclusive rewards, such as discounts with dog-related partners. This unique model fosters a sense of community while offering significant financial savings.

Do I sign up as a dog care provider separately?No. In case you like to be a care service provider, just set your scheduling availability and the system will automatically recognize you as a provider and will share your availability from the home page.

Do I have to care for other dogs?No. You can purchase credit points or use referral points towards your dog’s care.

Is High 4 free to use?Yes. Signing up and browsing High 4 is free.

Are High 4 providers verified?Yes. Our providers are approved once their profile is verified and they have passed a background check.

What are referral points?You can get referral points by inviting your friends to sign up. After your friend signs up, you will get referral points and also your friend will get referral points. Referral points can only be used for care services.

What are credit points?Credit points are the official currency of High 4. As a care provider once you earn credit points you can use them to get care for your own dog.

How do I get credit points?Care service providers get credit points for dog care services. You can buy credit points when booking a care service.

Can credit points be redeemed for cash or other services?Yes. You may redeem your credit points for cash, select gift cards, or discounts with other service providers that appear on the High 4 platform.

My dog is a special needs dog. Is High 4 right for my dog?At High 4 we know that every dog and pet parent are unique. Our community of dog providers will helps you find your perfect match. You’ll find a variety of providers to suit every quirk, charm, and special need.

What are transaction fees?Early sign ups are not paying transaction fee for the first 6 months. Every time a dog care event is booked, High 4 will charge the consumer 15% of the transaction in credit points, and the provider will be charged 3% of the transaction in credit points.
