Billy, the fluffy overlord and true CEO of the company, rules the boardroom (and the living room) with an iron paw wrapped in curls. What Billy wants, Billy gets—and he's got Amir wrapped around his adorable paw. Need extra treats? A strategic tilt of his head seals the deal. Want another spiky blue toy to add to his growing empire? One soulful gaze, and Amir is already halfway out the door. Billy's leadership style is simple: charm first, negotiations never. Employees may handle spreadsheets, but Billy handles the heartstrings—because in his world, the most important bottom line is snack time.
Meet Daisy, the true COO of High 4, whose executive decisions are only made during her "board meetings" in the great outdoors. Her leadership style is unconventional: every major strategy is brainstormed while sniffing wildflowers or tracking the perfect squirrel trail. Efficiency is key—unless a cat crosses her path, in which case the entire operation is temporarily put on hold for an adrenaline-fueled chase. Daisy has Koby, her loyal right-hand human, completely dedicated to her every want and whim, whether it’s a perfectly timed treat or the ultimate belly rub. Her motto?
